I am so grateful for the kindness and efficiency shown to me by Rachael. She truly made the most difficult time in my life a little bit easier. She is professional and warm and just took care of business in a way that I knew at least this part was taken care of in the best hands possible. Thank you for all that you do.

Horrible business practices! Be aware that the Musgrove family sold this business and they do not run it anymore. If you have a pre paid contract that was made before the sale of the business, this new management can just decide not to honor it for the price you paid. When I was POA for my sister I bought a package to cover her wishes. Her wishes were simple but I still paid a lot of money. When my sister died 8 months ago, my POA ended and the mortuary said they had to work with my niece as next of kin. Everything was paid with instructions that expenses were to be paid before the flowers were purchased. Musgrove told my niece all expenses were paid and there was money for flowers and they were ordered, but today I got a call from Musgrove telling me I owed them $50 and if I didn't pay it ASAP they would send it for collection. I was never sent any information on this, no invoice, nothing, just the call. They said all expenses were paid and there was money for flowers. How did that change in the last 8 months?

The cost of dying is not insignificant. I dealt with Musgrove because they have had a long-standing arrangement with Temple Beth Israel. I made arrangements for both my wife and myself earlier this year, having a well-founded feeling it would be needed soon. My wonderful wife Marlene passed away early in September. On top of reeling from the loss, I also got diagnosed with Covid the day after she died, no doubt caught from one of the care givers I had hired. So, I was in pretty bad shape come the day of her funeral. When I arrived, I asked if there was someone who could drive me up to the grave site, and even though there clearly were employees around, the receptionist said no, no one could do that. Which was a complete lie, as, shortly after I managed to walk there, one of the employees drove up in their golf cart. I asked if he could give me a ride back, which he did. Sometime later, I found that one of my wife's closest friends, who was wheelchair bound, was told that wheelchairs could not access the gravesite, which was a complete lie, as someone (who didn't bother to ask) arrived in a wheelchair without any problem at all. I don't like being lied to and I certainly don't l

My family had such a fantastic time at the Spooky Family Fun Night (10/30/2023). Hocus Playing, popcorn, cookies, crafts and games, delicious punch, hayride through the cemetery, candy, and free pumpkins. The employees/event hosts were friendly and kind to all the kiddos and guests. Loved the atmosphere and hope that this becomes an annual event!
